SaintAI was an experimental AI product designed to allow users to interact with historical saints through personalized conversations.
Each saint represented a real historical figure, with their own story, personality, and perspective — allowing users to receive emotional support and guidance rooted in that saint’s narrative.

Challenge
The website already contained structured SEO pages covering individual saints, but the experience remained passive.
Users could read about saints, but could not interact with them directly.
The goal was to transform static content into an interactive experience — allowing visitors to engage directly with each saint while preserving the structured SEO system already in place.
Solution
Instead of building a single chatbot, the system generated 73 individual AI personas directly from the saint database.
Each saint was converted into a unique AI persona, with their own dynamic prompt, personality, and knowledge base generated automatically.
Each saint’s SEO page linked directly to its corresponding chatbot, and each chatbot linked back to its structured content — creating a fully connected discovery system.
The chatbot system was built entirely in code using the OpenAI API, dynamic prompts, and programmatic persona generation.
The chatbot was deployed on its own domain, allowing users to explore and interact with saints independently from the main website.
